Refund Policy

Refunds for making bookings with 3rd Party Clubs are at the descretion of the Club that the payment was made to. Information on refunds will be provided within the Booking Policy for each club, which will have been agreed to at the time of booking. A copy of the club booking policy is also included in the confirmation email from Findacourt.Online.

Under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act, you may be protected by your credit card provider if the service could not be delivered. In such cases please contact your credit card provider

If you wish to lodge a complaint against a particular club for not refunding or not providing the service you have paid for then please use our contact form. Whilst we cannot guarentee any refunds we can act as an arbitrator.
